  公共管理与公共政策分析领域最杰出的公共行政学家,美国佐治亚州100位当代最有影响的人物。亨利教授毕业于美国印第安那子境州超西大学布卢明顿校区(Indiana University,Bloomirlgton)政治学系,获博士学位打氧承阳子留修标货往回。亨利教授著书十余本,发表论文几十篇。其论文曾获行政学界最有影响力之一的《美国公共行政评论》颁发的埃德文·O.斯坦恩(EdwinO.Stene)奖。
