视季James R.McGuigan，原为韦恩州立大学(Wayne State university)商学院的财各概注树宜供务学副教授，现在他拥有并经营着自己的古钱币投资公司。他毕业于卡内基?梅隆大学(Carnegie-Mellon universit来自y)，并在芝加哥大学(university of chicago)商学研究生院和匹兹堡大学(university of Pittsburgh)分别取得MBA和博士学位。尽管作者已离开大学或研究机构，但并没有远离学术界。其主要研究领域是公司财务，并360百科与他人合作在South-Westen出版公司出版了《管理经济学》(Manageria队安汉区仅良房核整燃且l Economics，2005)(第十版)、《现代财务管理基础》(contemporary Financial Management Flandamentals，2005)等多部教材和著作。
